Recipe with 2.000 g Chili sin carne
(with
vegan&moi  PURE RED) as basis

2.000 g vegan&moi-Chili sin carne
40 Pieces Taco Shells
200 g Guacamole
200 g Sour Creme (vegan)
200 g vegan cheese substitute (grated)
Herbs as topping (optional)

Spread the tacos out on a clean work surface and fill the middle with about 2 tablespoons of vegan&moi chili sin carne. Place the tacos upright in a heat-resistant dish. Sprinkle some grated cheese on top and bake at 200°C for about 8 minutes. Take the hot tacos out of the oven, garnish with guacamole, sour cream and fresh herbs and serve immediately.
