Recipe for approx. 6000 g
1.000 g vegan&moi
2.000 g ice cold water
2.400 g chunky canned tomatoes
50 g tomato paste
6 onion (brunoise)
5 clove of garlic finely chopped
5 small carrot (Brunoise)
salt, pepper, oregano
Add water to the mixture and mix well directly so that the powder is completely dissolved. Leave to swell for at least 15 minutes. The bolognese is now prepared in the same way as the meat version, because the mixture can be processed like minced meat, but after adding all the ingredients, it is only cooked for about 5 minutes. Serve Bolognese with pasta or use it for other recipes (e.g. lasagna or cannelloni).
