Recipe for approx. 120 mini puff pastry rolls

1,000 g vegan&moi
2,000 g water (cold)
60 g chives in fine rings
approx. 6 fresh puff pastry sheets, depending on their size

Mix the chives with the vegan&moi mix. Add water to the mixture and stir well directly, until the powder is completely dissolved. Allow to swell for at least 15 minutes. Divide the puff pastry sheets in half. Spread the mixture on about . of each, spread the rest with water. Roll up the puff pastry. Cut off slices of approx. 1.5-2 cm thickness and place them on baking sheets with baking paper. Bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes. The mini-rolls can also be baked deep-frozen or raw.
